How much RAM does iPhone 3Gs got

hello,

A lot of people asked me and asked online how much RAM does the iPhone 3Gs got? I did a little research and according to ifixit I found out that they use a DDR 256GB Samsung RAM.

Not very much. Maybe 64mb or so.
