Apple new "Mac vs PC" ad

Apple today released new "Mac vs PC" ad, I think it's was made to show how Microsoft fail at badly when trying to creating things.

I think this ad has a hidden message: "don't try to copy the iPod Touch"

Thats not the message at all!

The message is look, macs arent durable but they don't need to be! (magsafe) and the battery works well!

I kinda hate how they say "pc innovation lab" cause really there's many different company's, and i thought it was about bashing the Os, now this is just ass-a-nine, too bad pc company's don't make commercials and say oh jeeze mac i made a hackintosh for $500 that's better than your $1200 dollar machine suck it. Dont get me wrong i love apple, but there bashing fails, and don't really like it too much, like i would love a mac (had many previously) just cant afford a current one so i decided to make a hack, that can compare with newer stuff.

100% with Thomas on this one. Apple are truly being dicks seeing as Apple now use (old compared to todays standards may I just add) PC hardware in their new Macs. New Macs are basically PC's enclosed in a nicer shell, that's the only thing that makes them any different *HARDWARE WISE* from a standard PC (oh and they use EFI instead of a BIOS but big whoop, they do the same thing except EFI knows how to boot OSX natively). They had somewhat of an excuse to bash PC hardware (i.e anything based around an x86 architecture) when OSX ran on the PPC architecture as it was a rival architecture but now they are just trying to please fanboys with the PC bashing and its making them look stupid to anyone who knows anything about hardware.

I'm not a fanboy of either camp but this kind of advertising is pathetic no matter who does it. They should start aiming insults at Windows and Linux now, not PC's in general seeing as Macs are now just PC's in disguise...

I could go out and buy all the parts that would be in a mac, and find myself a 100% fully compatible mobo (my system has one), for a fraction of apples price, although theres support and stuff, but im my own support, so i could care less. :\, not hating on apple i just hate there adds, and stuff, and im not a fan of windoze But have to use it for gaming

I might agree for Desktop hardware but not for laptop wise i had my share of problems from HP laptops (3 of them)

Well yeah i agree with laptops 100% because i wouldn't want a 8Lbs of plastic crap, but there are good companys IMO, like lenovo, and alienware for laptops, and fahad why the hell is my computer randomly go to mozymac mobile.
