I just wanted to know if anyone here also got any weight problemsfor me I'm over weight need to lose some kgs to get iPhone 3Gs
Ok I'm going to add some tips for who needs help:
1) Never ever eat junk food or sweets when in diet (never in life is more recommended for junk food)
2) Make your Calorie intake less than Calorie outtake
3) Be more active e.g (move your ass around the home or to the mall)
4) Have a motivation
well these are quick tips, I will add more soon (it's 6 AM here and I didn't sleep(which is bad for diet btw)

Anyways here are some things you NEED to try.
Atleast 1 hour of some sort of physical activity a day, it doesn't need to be strength training or sports or shit like that. Go for a brisk (and I mean brisk) walk for an hour everyday, or swimming, or you can do what jmann does, DDR. I have started doing this, go walking/running for a couple hours then head over to school to meet my friends. Its fun and makes you feel good.
Next is SLEEP. I know you don't sleep Fahad, you need to.
Next (after Ramadan) is eat! But eat properly. This means eat healthy, not stop eating. If anything the more active you get, the more you should be eating. Try having 5 little meals throughout the day, rather than 2-3 big ones.
I don't always follow my own advice, but I'm trying to.
I also asked for co-ordination/strength training advice on macrumors, though I am yet to follow their advice due to my extreme lazyness

well the bad thing is my walking machine is broken (not from my weight LOL) and now I have to go walk out side lol I did it today for about 3 hours and will do it every night.
I'm also thinking of getting Wii
WTF is a walking machine?
And walking out side is the best. Go exploring, you never know what you might find.

I am a bit overweight. Okay, somewhat overweight. I've got a bit of a buddha belly, and certain excersises are just not things I enjoy doing. However, I find playing Volleyball quite fun, and I can run for a bit. Today I played volleyball for about an hour and ran about 4KM.
